From there we agree on the right next step together: a focused assessment, a concrete project, or hands-on expert support embedded in your team. **Small starts are welcome.** We have no minimum project size, and we prefer meaningful problems over artificially large projects. An assessment, an architecture review or a technical Proof of Concept is often a practical way to validate an approach before scaling it up. **Lightweight onboarding.** For a focused engagement we can typically move from the first discussion to concrete work without weeks of workshops and slide decks. **We build on what you already have.** A large part of our work starts with something that already exists. We modernise applications, improve existing cloud and Kubernetes environments and evolve platforms without unnecessarily starting from scratch. **We leave your team stronger.** Our experts join your development, platform or infrastructure teams and share knowledge along the way, so you end up with something your team can operate, not a long-term dependency. ## Why kinetive **Senior engineers, from architecture to implementation.** You work directly with experienced engineers who are comfortable discussing architecture in the morning and implementing it in the afternoon. **Technology independent.** We have deep expertise in specific technologies, but technology should follow business and engineering requirements. If Kubernetes, a particular cloud provider or a new platform tool does not make sense for your situation, we say so early. **Built for environments where reliability matters.** We are particularly comfortable where availability, security and predictable operations matter, including on-premises, hybrid and fully air-gapped environments. Reliability and continuity come before chasing the newest shiny thing. **An independent second opinion.** We can review architecture built by another vendor or by your internal team, for example before a major migration, investment or production launch.
